2026

Art Capital 2026, Grand Palais, Paris: Isabelle Guillot-Garnier, a student of the master of Persian miniatures Abbas Moayeri, received a bronze medal for her miniature titled “Nature” (2025) at the Salon des Artistes Français, in the painting/works on paper section.

The artist explains: "This is a miniature that uses the traditional technique passed down by Abbas Moayeri and captures a world that is at once natural, dreamlike, and poetic. It is also a message in support of nature, a message about the weather and the climate. The trees seem to be on fire; there is rain, sunshine, a tree with two trunks; the horses on the right seem to want to leave this landscape; the clouds have bizarre shapes, as does one of the birds in the sky. There are 3D effects, particularly in the trees; there are many such 3D effects in the Persian miniature. It is also an anthropomorphic painting, as the group of rocks on the left takes the shape of a large seated figure holding a tree".

December 2021: "Persian Treasures – Iranian Miniature Exhibition," at Shanghai Art Collection Museum. The exhibition was co-hosted by the Museum and the Iran Bordbar Collection and supported by the Consulate General of Iran in Shanghai.
